 Mark
C. Lieber has successfully represented victims
of serious injury lawsuits, including injured workers
and consumers, for more than 15 years. He is committed
to his clients’ causes, by achieving outstanding
results in settlement, arbitration, mediation and trial.
He believes that the clients’ needs are paramount;
that the lawyer’s service to his client is the central
focus of the practice of law. He is a member of the American
Trial Lawyer’s Association, Consumer Attorney’s
of California, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles and Los
Angeles County Bar Association. Mark received his Juris
Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in
1989, where he was a member of Law Review, the Moot Court
Honors Program and the Student Bar Association. Prior
to associating with Steinbrecher and Associates, Mark
was a Partner at Greenberg and Panish in Los Angeles,
which dissolved in 2003, following the death of Mark’s
longtime mentor, David Greenberg.
 David
Gibson is our chief investigator
at Steinbrecher and Associates. It is his responsibility
to gather together the facts surrounding your lawsuit
and to report them to the attorneys, so that they will
be fully prepared for litigation. David interviews prospective
witnesses and searches out evidence, be it testimonial,
documentary or physical. The road to obtaining a successful
